Goddess Yoga in Woodland Hills: A Magical Evening of Divine Feminine Energy
A Night of Connection, Movement & Magic
Hosted by the amazing Katelyn and Andrea, this goddess yoga gathering brought together women from all walks of life for an evening of peace, presence, and empowerment. Set in the heart of Woodland Hills, Utah, we gathered under the trees with soft light filtering through the leaves.
We began by adorning ourselves with gold jewelry and temporary gold tattoos, grounding into our bodies and intentions. Katelyn opened the circle with a beautiful guided meditation, inviting us to slow down and connect.
One of the most powerful parts of the evening came when we turned to the women beside us and said:
“I see you. You are beautiful.”
It was such a simple phrase but in that space, it meant everything. A moment of genuine recognition, soul to soul.
Silent Headphone Yoga in the Forest
We then flowed into a gentle yoga practice with silent disco-style headphones. Each woman could hear the guidance and music clearly, moving at her own pace while staying fully present.
Surrounded by forest and deer moving softly through the trees, it felt like stepping into a sacred story. A space where women’s strength, beauty, and softness were celebrated all at once.
Food, Laughter & Sisterhood
After our practice, we shared delicious food, a stunning charcuterie board, slices of pizza, and heartfelt conversations as the sun set over the trees. The entire evening was a celebration of the divine feminine, the power of stillness, and the magic of community.
